Welcome to Eating Disorders Support Reading, offering support for those experiencing eating disorders and for those caring for individuals suffering from an eating disorder.
We run two groups - an Eating Disorders Recoverers Group and a Carers Group. Recoverers are welcome to attend both the Recoverers and Carers Groups (and many do), although the Carers group is focused on the needs of carers.
When is the next group?

How often do the groups run?
The Recoverers Group: FIRST and THIRD monday of each month.
The Carers Group: SECOND and FOURTH monday of each month.
NB: If the group falls on a bank holiday it will be moved to the following week - please check the calendar for future dates.
The groups run between 7:00 PM and 8:15 PM.
Where are the groups held?
The groups meet at 25 Erleigh Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 5LR (this is an NHS building). There is free parking available.
Both groups are free of charge and are open to anyone who feels that they would benefit from them. Attendees must be 18 or over to attend the group or 16 or over to attend with a guardian.)
