**Groups now running from 5th March 2012**
Welcome to Eating Disorders Support Reading. We are a voluntary organisation as part of the Beat network, offering support for those experiencing eating disorders and for those caring for individuals recovering from an eating disorder.
We run two groups - an Eating Disorders Recoverers Group and a Carers Group. Recoverers are welcome to attend both the Recoverers and Carers Groups (and many do), although the Carers group is focused on the needs of carers.

The Recoverers Group: 5th March 2012
The Carers Group: 12th March 2012
How often do the groups run?
Both groups run fortnightly on a Monday evening between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Please see the Calendar section for dates.
Where are the groups held?
The groups meet at 25 Erleigh Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 5LR (this is an NHS building). There is free parking available.
Both groups are free of charge and are open to anyone who feels that they would benefit from them. Attendees must be 18 or over to attend the group or 16 or over to attend with a guardian.)
